3 – Water Brothers PRO Surfing Tournament (Saturday 7am – 11am)
The WATER BROTHERS PRO 2016 “In Memory of Ryan Robert” is happening this weekend, Saturday, Oct. 22nd.
There will be a total of 48 contestants in our OPEN PRO.
16 Contestants will compete in the AM-JAM.
-Vendor tents onsite!
-Food and Beverages provided by Pour Judgement, Flat Waves and Empire Tea & Coffee!
-Pop Up Barber Shop by Mr. Natty with quick cuts and tidy ups services! Proceeds will benefit “Roll For Rob.”
Awards Ceremony directly following (~6:30PM) at One Pelham East with awesome music by the Z-Boys!
4 – Red Bull Hydro-Foiling Racing (Saturday 10am-5pm)
Red Bull Foiling Generation is about providing talented young sailors, ages 16 – 20 with the opportunity to advance their careers through top-notch hydrofoil racing. The competitions serve as training waters for the Red Bull Youth America’s Cup, which caters to competitors ages 19-25. Both competitions train youth sailors from all over the globe on smaller versions of catamaran racers with foils, like those used in one of the world’s most famous sailing competition – America’s Cup.

Fundraiser for Ovarian Cancer Research at The Lobster Bar featuring The Ravers, open bar, raw bar, food stations, speakers, raffle & auction. Ticket prices are $75 for participants in Ovarian Cycle Newport and $125 for all others. Please support efforts to create a community of awareness and hope!

11 – Project 3.8 Fundraiser (Sunday 12pm – 5pm)
At Newport Vineyards – #Dstrong. Inspired by the indomitable spirit of Dorian Murray. Photographer Robin Ivy brings her photography exhibition across the Ocean State to raise awareness for pediatric cancer. Featuring portraits of 20 children currently battling cancer right here in Rhode Island, Project 3.8 calls awareness to that a mere 3.8 percent of all national cancer funding goes to pediatric cancers. Their mission is to create a collective awareness about pediatric cancers, raise funding for much needed research and help ease the financial burdens these children and families face while undergoing treatment. The event will be part photography show, part awareness campaign and part fundraiser with all proceeds will benefit the fundraising efforts of the Dorian J. Murray foundation, a non-profit organization.

14 – Patriots vs. Steelers Watch Party with Guest Mike Smith! (Sunday 4:30pm)
