Hard cider isn’t new to the scene, but it’s currently having a renaissance in the United States as well as around the world. What used to be the go-to beverage of the American colonist is now just as popular as craft beer & being brewed by the same brewmasters of some of the top craft beers in the world. Hard cider is a fermented alcoholic beverage typically made from apples, but other fruits are used, including pears, and our featured ciders pair perfectly with Chef Tyler’s upcoming dinner specials. Cider is also gluten-free and the perfect drink to usher in the fall.
