Chef de Cuisine Chad Hart and Executive Chef Barry Correia are hosting a “Farm 2 Fork” dinner featuring Narragansett’s Sunset Farms this Thursday, November 5th (5pm – 10pm) at One Bellevue at Hotel Viking.

Sunset Farms is an independently run family farm in Narragansett, Rhode Island. The farm grows produce and raises livestock in wide-open pastures. From the eggs and milk to the beets and beef, Executive Chef Barry Correia and Sous Chef Chad Hart have created this special menu featuring seasonal ingredients from Sunset Farms.

BUTTERNUT SQUASH FRITTERS
perfectly ripened butternut squash baked and pureed then lightly fried in a brown butter and sage aioli

BRAISED SHORT RIBS
farm-raised, all-natural beef served with a red wine jus, accompanied with mashed rutabaga and garden grown tri-color carrots

PARSNIP CAKE
moist cake made with roasted parsnips, pistachio curd, drizzled with an orange glaze and topped with fresh creme
