Newport, RI Teen Teddy Oliviera Reported Missing in Newport Harbor
Police, Fire and Coast Guard Search for Missing Newport, RI Teen
A massive search and rescue operation is underway to find a 17 year old Newport, RI teen. Teddy Oliviera was last seen by friends Monday night around 11pm out on a dingy in Newport Harbor near King’s Park. The Rogers High School senior was reported missing around 8:30pm Tuesday, when his family alerted authorities to his disappearance.
The U.S. Coast Guard Station Castle Hill, the Newport Fire Department, the Newport Police Department, Coast Guard Air Station Cape Cod and Narragansett Marine Task Force Crews are conducting an exhaustive search.
