Fridays at Six makes its triumphant return!

When Coastal Extreme Brewing Company began making Newport Storm Beer way back in 1999, founders Brent Ryan and Derek Luke agreed that the one thing every brewery “needed” (besides amazing beer) was a great tour!

They decided that come rain, shine, wind, snow, hell or high water, the brewery would host a tour and sampling every Friday night at 6pm, and thus Fridays at Six was born. Over the years more than 10,000 beer lovers have enjoyed this great event and DRAFT Magazine places Newport Storm on the prestigious and coveted list of Top Brewery Tours in America.

Newport Storm’s Fridays at Six is a fun Friday night event in Newport, a great chance for the public to tour the brewery and a casual no-cost opportunity to enjoy fresh locally brewed craft beer.

How can I take the Newport Storm Fridays at Six Tour?

Well, it’s easy. Every Friday at noon go to the Newport Storm Facebook Page, sign up, get on the list, head to the brewery at 6pm, show your ID, get in and drink for free!

You must be 21+ to attend with a valid ID

“Even if I’m 65,” You ask?………..Yes. Even if you’re 65. So bring an ID!!!

If you sign up and no-show? Well you’ll be banned from Fridays at Six for one month, so don’t sign up unless you’re sure you can make it.

Founded by four college friends, Coastal Extreme Brewing Company  has been brewing Newport Storm beers since 1999. In spring of 2010 they built and opened a new brewery in Newport and is open for tours and tastings from 12pm-5pm on weekdays and weekends (except Tuesdays). Newport Storm beers are distributed throughout RI, MA and CT.
