Hats off to Deven Schuko, the undefeated wrestler from Norton High School who showed true sportsmanship when he lost his match to Dighton-Rehoboth Regional High School wrestler Andy Howland – who has Down Syndrome.
Schuko, who was 27 – 0 on the year, had just celebrated his 100th wrestling match victory and is the top ranked wrestler in Massachusetts in his weight class, gave Andy Howland the gift of a lifetime. Howland pinned the undefeated Schuko in just a matter of seconds (watch the video above.)

Devin Schuko, a senior with a 27-0 record this year, a young man who earned his 100th career win a few days ago to join the century club at NHS, took the time to make a dream come true for young wrestler with special needs from Dighton Rehoboth’s team.
