The first priority: reopening roads in the Yachting Village and the Lower Thames Street corridor — two of the city’s busiest and most business-critical areas — before fanning out into neighborhoods citywide. But here’s the catch: Move your car — or it will be moved for you. A mandatory parking ban remains in effect on all designated snow emergency routes, with one exception — the southbound side of Broadway.
