Dr. William E. Turcotte, 87, of Newport, RI, passed away peacefully Wednesday August 26, 2020.  He was the husband of Joan (Crowley) Turcotte. Born in Lowell, MA on October 28, 1932, he was the son of the late Ernest and Mable (Toohey) Turcotte.
