Joseph Paul Silva, 87, of Newport, Rhode Island, passed away unexpectedly on October 11, 2021 at Newport Hospital. He was the husband to the late Evelyn Marie (Raposa) Silva who recently passed away on April 8, 2021, they had been married for 64 years.
