Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty has announced a significant leadership transition. Judy Chace, the firm’s co-founder and a longtime force in the state’s real estate landscape, has acquired full ownership of the company from her founding partner, Ray Mott.
The move marks a new chapter for the firm, which was established in 2013 and quickly grew into a regional powerhouse with eight offices across Rhode Island and southeastern Massachusetts.
