Ok, so they day the internet died has perhaps become the day we all learned about DNS settings. We need to switch to the Google Public DNS to get your internet going again.
So, let’s get you hooked up and surfing again.
1 – Click on your WiFi Icon and click on “Open Network Preferences”
2 – Click on “Advanced”
3 – Click on the DNS tab and SCREEN SHOT YOUR DNS SERVERS so you can reset it later and THEN change your DNS Servers to these!!! (184.108.40.206 & 220.127.116.11)
Hit Ok and then Apply the changes.
And BOOM you’re back on the internet.
CWW & all of our awesome advertisers who make it possible for me to play on the internet for work. 🙂
PS – These setting are for MAC so we’re not sure of the exact configuration for a PC since we haven’t used one those since the late 1990’s.
