Henderson died from heart failure surrounded by friends and family, the actress’ manager Kayla Pressman said in a statement to the Associated Press on Thursday.

She is best remembered for her starring role as matriarch Carol Brady on the ABC sitcom The Brady Bunch from 1969 to 1974.
